  • Andrew Dennis
    Andrew Dennis Founder/Director

    Andrew has had a prosperous career in the sales and marketing industry and with well over a decade of experience, Andrew holds a vast amount of knowledge of the industry’s workings.

    Andrew has worked at representative and management level – at both a state and national level – and has a track record of delivering high volume sales figures and sustainable growth in a compliant environment for some of Australia’s largest solar providers, energy retailers and charities.

    Andrew began knocking doors at the age of 20, which he did for more than six years, before being promoted into management. These were great years, meeting people from all over the world, but most importantly, being part of a successful culture.

    Having worked his way through management levels within a short timeframe, he felt the logical next step would be to start his own direct marketing company and has since co-founded Prism Group.

    Outside of work Andrew enjoys sports and traveling the world, he is always looking for that next adventure.

    Eunice Accounts

    Meet Eunice, our accountant. 5 years of experience in accounting, from local accounting in the Philippines to international accounting, mainly in Australian practices. Moreover, she has worked in different kinds of industries, like automotive, manufacturing, pet transport, promotional products, and now in the renewable energy sector. As part of the accounts team performing data entry, processing, reconciling transactions, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll, she ensures that financial records and data are accurately validated for a smooth operation of our company’s accounting processes.

    Bruno Mastropietro Call Centre Manager

    Meet Bruno, whose journey from a door-to-door sales representative to Call Centre Manager is a testament to steady growth and unwavering dedication. Starting with limited initial experience in the field, Bruno worked his way up through sheer hard work and perseverance. His ascent from the ground level to a management role reflects his deep commitment and passion for the direct sales industry. Originally from Italy and having joined Prism Group just over a year ago, Bruno brings a unique perspective and a profound understanding of the challenges faced at every level of sales. His humble approach and hands-on experience make him a supportive leader, guiding his team with empathy and insight.

Transitioning into B2B sales at Coca-Cola, Roger excelled in building relationships and driving revenue growth. Now, as a leader in the renewable energy sector, he leverages his expertise to assemble top talent and innovative sustainable solutions for the future. Roger’s passion for driving positive change in the world fuels his dedication to excellence in every endeavor.

    Jay Gleeson Channel Manager

    Jay was born in Brisbane, QLD, with a self-proclaimed gift of the gab and a drive to be the best.
    As a fan of challenges, adventures and meeting new people, Jay always liked to keep busy and try new things. It was only inevitable that sales be on his employment bucket list, and it was here in Prism that he flourished – taking over his own team only a handful of months into his new role as a Door to Door representative.
    Jay’s leadership and training skills turned his well-drilled teams into powerhouses on the field, enabling him the opportunity to move up into training & operations. Today, he directly manages the Prism channel located Melbourne – coaching a new generation of reps how to excel and achieve.

  • Abhishek Lalotra
    Abhishek Lalotra Operations Manager

    Abhishek is an incisive and result-oriented professional with more than 6 years of extensive experience in Production and Project Management along with technical service. He began his career in this country as a Door-to-Door sales representative and with his consistent sales figures day in and day out and positive attitude towards his work, he was promoted to team manager within a short timeframe. Soon realizing his efforts, commitment, and dedication towards his work by the top management, he was promoted to senior management within a year and is now managing the whole Victorian Energy Upgrade program as an operation manager.

  • Kimberly Holt
    Kimberly Holt Compliance Officer

    Born and raised in Victoria, Kimberly started off with a background working in retail and moved on to aquire an arts diploma.

    Throughout Prism, she has worked many roles starting as a Door-to-Door representative and eventually moving into the role of team leader. With over 5 years of experience doing lead generation face-to-face and over the phone, Kim now has worked her way up into the operations.

    Paddy is an integral part of the Prism Team.

    Most of his day consists of sleeping and staring at staff.

    Paddy enjoys eating bananas, sniffing in the kitchen and scratches on the belly.
